Lankeleisi E-bike offers a comprehensive warranty covering all electrical components of your electric bike. The motor is warranted for a period of two years or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Additionally, all other electrical components are covered for one year or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. This includes the battery, controller, display, brake power cut inhibitors, pedal assist sensors, cable harness, key lock assembly, and any other electrical component that is part of the electric bicycle.
Mechanical parts such as brakes, rims, tires, spokes, derailleur, pedals, handlebars, and similar items are not covered under the warranty, as they are considered regular wear and tear items. For adjustments or replacements of these parts, we recommend visiting Lankeleisi E-bike or a local bike shop.
Labor costs for warranty component replacements are covered by Lankeleisi E-bike when performed by authorized personnel. Labor costs incurred by third-party or unauthorized service providers will not be covered.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. During holidays, we extend this return window to 31 days. If this period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the e-bike must be unused or have less than 10 kilometers on the odometer and be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. E-bikes with trial rides of under 10 km will be subject to a 12% restocking fee, and new, unused bikes will not incur any restocking fee. E-bikes with trial rides exceeding 10 km but under 100 km will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the round-trip shipping cost.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers who enjoyed free shipping within Canada will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Customers may choose their logistics company for the return but will still need to pay the original shipping cost from our warehouse to their delivery address. In cases of incorrect shipment by our warehouse, no shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 21 working days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued to the original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please ensure any returned item is packed in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returned item.
