Warranty and Return Policy

Lankeleisi E-bike provides a warranty that covers all electrical components on your electric bike. The motor is covered for a period of two years or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Additionally, all other electrical components are covered for one year or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. This includes the battery, controller, display, brake power cut inhibitors, pedal assist sensors, cable harness, key lock assembly, and any other electrical component that is part of the electric bicycle.
Please note that Lankeleisi E-bike's warranty does not cover mechanical parts such as brakes, rims, tires, spokes, derailleur, pedals, handlebars, and similar components. These parts are considered regular wear and tear items. If you require any adjustments or replacements for these parts, we recommend visiting Lankeleisi E-bike or your local bike shop.
Labor costs associated with replacing warranty components will only be covered by Lankeleisi E-bike if the work is performed by authorized personnel at Lankeleisi E-bike. If the work is carried out by a third-party or unauthorized service provider, the labor costs will not be covered.
Lankeleisi E-bike utilizes well-known mechanical components, such as Tektro brakes and Shimano drive-train, which are familiar to most bike shops. Therefore, service shops should be able to easily adjust or replace these parts as needed. However, please note that Lankeleisi E-bike does not cover the cost of regular tune-ups and brake maintenance. These services can be performed at your local bike shop at your discretion.
Our components are engineered in such a way that most bike shops should be able to handle troubleshooting or fixing any issues that may arise.

Returns: Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The e-bike must have less than 10 kilometers on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be in the same packaging and condition that you received it. Additionally, it must include all items that were inside the box, such as the charger, keys, hardware, etc.
We take pride in delivering a quality product. Therefore, we build, test, and inspect all of our bikes prior to shipping.
New and unused bikes are subject to a 0% restocking fee. If the bike is used and has less than 10 km on the odometer, it is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to return the product to our facility. The average cost to ship a bike across Canada is up to $250. The bike needs to be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that returning a bicycle to us is time-consuming for you and for us. If you are unsure if the bike will fit you, please contact our customer service, and they will guide you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase without any confirmation from us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All electrical parts, such as the controller, display, lithium battery, etc., are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at and send your item to UNIT 609-17665 66A Ave Surrey, British Columbia, CA V3S 2A7.

For any E-bike returns, we will arrange for our shipping company to pick it up from your location. Therefore, you will need to pack it back into the original box when you receive it.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returned item.
