RETURN POLICY

  1. For New E-Bikes: If you are not completely satisfied with your new E-bike, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The E-bike must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the E-bike is returned in a condition that affects its resalability, LANKELEISI may charge a restocking fee to cover the loss in value.

  2. For Used E-Bikes: As used E-bikes are sold “as is,” they are not eligible for return. We encourage buyers to test ride thoroughly before purchasing.

  3. For Defective E-Bikes: If the E-bike you received is defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the defective parts to be repaired or replaced, in accordance with our warranty policy.

  4. For Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If you received an incorrect item or if anything is missing from your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

  5. For Damaged E-Bikes: If your E-bike arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

  6. For all returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
