Our return policy lasts for 30 days. During holidays, we extend this return window to 31 days. If this period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, the e-bike must be unused or have less than 10 kilometers on the odometer and be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. E-bikes with trial rides of under 10 km will be subject to a 12% restocking fee, and new, unused bikes will not incur any restocking fee. E-bikes with trial rides exceeding 10 km but under 100 km will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the round-trip shipping cost.


Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers who enjoyed free shipping within Canada will be responsible for both the original shipping cost from our warehouse to their delivery address and the return shipping cost from their address back to our warehouse. Customers may choose their logistics company for the return. In cases of incorrect shipment by our warehouse, no shipping costs will be charged to the customer.



Refunds will be processed within 21 working days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at


Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns:

Please ensure any returned item is packed in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any returned item.
